Making the world a more harmonious place is special, and when a global peace torch relay needed a website to promote their activities Special Operations donated freely some special time.
The result: a Drupal based CMS website incorporating the existing branding and photography to fullest extent.
Special challenges encountered included designing for over a hundred country sub-sites, dozens of languages, and working within the limits of a number of custom coded Drupal 5 modules, and the constraints of an external Java-based content editor.
Making the world a special place through spreading the message of peace—who wouldn’t feel special about that!
